Through the system that I pioneered and developed since 2005, kids get the 1st reiki degree.
I guide them to explore step by step the world, the use, the taste of reiki, using theatrical improvisations, collage, painting, music, games.

Hug a tree
An Eco – therapy workshop
In today’s era of change and creation of the New Earth-Gaia, this workshop is connecting children from an early age to nature and it implants respect for her in them.
This workshop is a unique experience and includes:
Tree spidergrams
personal designs of each child “Me-Tree”
mindful walk into the forest or into a garden
meditation in Nature
the exercise “I hug a Tree”
games such as Acronyms or Animal Pairs
presentation of 3-4 art projects with natural materials for kids
Gratitude experiences
The workshop “Hug a tree” has to do with the energy and emotional interaction between humans and nature – especially among humans and trees and the healing power from both parties.
In this exercise we learn how to perceive what we feel in our body while embracing the tree.
When people had not yet cut off the umbilical cord that connected them with Mother Nature and they felt part of she, Trees had a central place in the sanctity of being for humans. But what is the Tree today for us?
Trees teach, offer, protect and feed.
Experience the healing, relaxing and restorative elements that result through connecting with nature.
At the workshop we will walk silently with the kids in the sanctuary of the Living Nature, feeling the earth breathe under our feet and felling how she holds us on her. We will listen carefully all the whispers around from wind, birds, small animals, leaves.
So the kids will learn to listen, to feel, to smell.
I will show them how to choose their tree, how to approach it, look, smell, touch, hug and feel it.
They will allow the pure and bright life of the tree to penetrate through their hands and all their bodies.
Finally they will practice to give love and gratitude through the “no tree-no me”
After that, human beings perhaps are a little more ready to embrace another person by giving them their love and exchanging with them high quality feelings.
If you have children around, I invite you to give them the opportunity to attend the workshop and to live this special experience.
This workshop can be actualized only with kids under the supervision of their parents, guardians or escorts, or with adults and kids together or only with adults
Eco – therapy is from the Greek oikos = home + therapeia = to heal or take care of.
